You will need the following ingredients :
1/2 lb of Pasta (cooked)
1/2 Sweet Yellow Onion (chopped)
2 celery sticks (chopped)
1 carrot (chopped)
3 hard boiled eggs (chopped)
Dressing:
3/4 Cup of Mayo
2 Tablespoons of Mustard
2-4 Tablespoons of Sugar
1 Tablespoon of Salt
- Once you have all your vegetables and eggs chopped up and pasta cooked, make your dressing by stirring the dressing ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the pasta, veggies and eggs.
- Stir well.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, more if possible. Remember that the longer you refrigerate it the better it will taste. Give it plenty of time for the flavors to mix together. I would even recommend making it a day ahead.
- Once you are ready to serve it you can garnish it with green onions, if you like.
